All details for registration are to be completed on one registration form per person.

 

Your direct contact details (especially your email address) are required for forwarding webinar material, updates or certificates - ensure this is provided where an AGENCY or PRACTICE MANAGER arranges your registration.

 

Confirmation - The webinar information, along with your tax-deductible receipt in the name of the payee, will be emailed to you within five business days of registration.

 

Errors in the details provided to us in your registration form - if we are notified of this error after the webinar, this will incur a $55 fee for a new Certificate of Attendance.

 

Credit card surcharge - 3% surcharge for Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, 5% surcharge for Amex.

 

Cheques, bank drafts and money orders are NOT accepted.

 

Requests for lost or additional copies of receipts or Certificates of Attendance incur $a 55 fee.

 

A complete transfer to a substitute attendee is accepted, incurring a $55 fee. Shared/split attendance is not taken.

 

DISCLAIMER - we accept no responsibility in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of part or all of the webinar series, and we reserve the right to make any changes to any webinar without notice.

 

In the event, the webinar needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be made of the webinar registration fee. We will not be responsible for any other cost.

 

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to decline entry to a webinar to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund, less a $110 cancellation fee, will be remitted to the refused registrant in the month prior to commencement. After this period, no refund of fees will occur.

 

All dates are subject to 6 pm AEST for postmarked dates and electronically received registrations.

 

Expiry dates and times - no negotiation to be fair to all delegates.

 

Cancellations

 

A substitute may attend in your place if written notification is received by email more than three days before the webinar. The fee is $55 for a change of webinar setup and certificate.

 

Transferring to another webinar series later will be accepted if one is available - this will incur a Fee of $55.

 

Complete cancellation must be made in writing by email one week before the webinar, incurring a $55 fee. No refunds within one week of the webinar. However, places are transferable.

 

NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS on fees or policies are possible in any circumstance in fairness to all.

 

Registration Includes

 

Webinar viewing and pdf files of any relevant reading or presentation material.

 

Attendance certificate.
