WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please forward full payment with all details completed on one registration form per person. Places are allocated on first-come first served basis.

 

Your direct contact details are required for venue and seminar material/updates - ensure this is provided where an AGENCY funds your registration.

 

Confirmation - The venue information along with your tax-deductible receipt in the name of the payee will be emailed to you within five business days.

 

If the wrong city is selected written notification is required by mail or email. Requests received two weeks prior to the workshop date incur a $110 fee if a position is available. Notification less than two weeks prior to the workshop incurs a $220 fee if a position is available. The charges are due to additional costs to us to make late changes to catering agreements, and administration time for making the changes.

 

Errors in the details provided to us in your registration form - if we are notified of this error less than two weeks before the workshop starts this will incur a $110 fee for a new Certificate of Attendance.

 

Credit card surcharges of 2%.

 

Cheques, bank drafts and money orders are NOT accepted.

 

Requests for lost or additional copies of receipts or Certificates of Attendance incur a $110 fee.

 

Transfer to a substitute attendee in full is accepted, incurring a $110 fee. Shared/split attendance is not taken.

 

DISCLAIMER - we accept no responsibility in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of part or all of the workshop tour and we reserve the right to make any changes to any workshop without notice.

 

In the event a workshop needs to be cancelled a full refund will be made of the workshop registration fee. We will not be responsible for any other cost.

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline entry to workshops to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund of less than a $220 cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant in the month prior to commencement. After this period no refund of fees will occur.

 

All dates subject to 6 pm AEST for postmarked dates and electronically received registrations.

 

Late registration - no guarantee of workshop materials or catering for registration onsite or within three days of the workshop. However, we will do our best to accommodate you so please Contact Us directly

 

Expiry dates and times - no negotiation for any reason so as to be fair to all delegates.

 

Cancellations

 

A substitute may attend in your place if written notification is received by email more than three days prior to the workshop - The fee is $110 for a change of name badge and certificate.

 

Transfer to another city will be accepted if a position is available - Fee $110 for more than two weeks' notice and $220 for less than two weeks' notice.

 

Full cancellation must be made in writing by email one month prior to the workshop, incurring a $220 fee. No refunds within one month of the seminar, however, places are transferable.

 

NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS on fees or policies are possible in any circumstance in fairness to all.
