ONLINE TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All details for registration are to be completed on one registration form per person.
Your direct contact details (especially your email address) are required for forwarding Online Training log-in details, updates or certificates etc. - ensure this is provided where an AGENCY or PRACTICE MANAGER arranges your registration.
Confirmation - The online training information along with your tax deductible receipt in the name of the payee will be emailed to you within five business days of registration.
Errors in the details provided to us in your registration form - if we are notified of this error after the online training has been commenced this will incur a $55 fee for a new Certificate of Attendance.
Credit card surcharge - 3% surcharge for Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, 5% surcharge for Amex.
Cheques, bank drafts and money orders are NOT accepted.
Requests for lost or additional copies of receipts or Certificates of Attendance incur $55 fee.
Transfer to a substitute attendee in full is accepted, incurring $55 fee. Shared/split attendance is not accepted.
DISCLAIMER - we accept no responsibility in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of part or all of the Online Training and we reserve the right to make any changes to any trining material without notice.
In the event that the Online Training needs to be cancelled a full refund will be made of the webinar registration fee. We will not be responsible for any other cost.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline entry to Online Training to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund less a $110 cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant in the month prior to commencement of the Online Training. After this period no refund of fees will occur.
All dates subject to 6pm AEST for postmarked date and electronically received registrations.
Expiry dates and times - no negotiation for any reason so as to be fair to all delegates.
A substitute may attend in your place if written notification is received by email prior to commencement of the Online Training. A Fee of $55 is incurred for change of Online Training setup and certificate.
Full cancellation must be made in writing by email prior to commencement of the Online Training, incurring $55 fee. No refunds available after th Online TRaining has been commenced
NO EXCEPTIONS on fees or policies are possible in any circumstance in fairness to all.
